Ajay Dhruva

Director
Experience - 28+ years
Qualifications - A.C.A.; B.Com.

Ajay is a chartered accountant, who qualified for the same in November 1996. He has a rich and varied post qualification experience of over 23 years. He began his professional journey in 1997 working as an Accounts Manager with a renowned plastic manufacturing company. In 2002, he joined a service based multinational company as their chief financial officer. He has also supervised the accounts for group of companies in Dubai (2004-2006) & Japan (2011-2018). He has attended the group’s International CFO Conferences in Australia, London, Malaysia, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.

Early in the year 2010, he joined hands with a team of young and enthusiastic accounting colleagues to form a company – Evolve Accounting Systems Pvt. Ltd. to help small and medium sized businesses and start-ups with their day to day accounting, taxation and compliance matters.

Ajay has varied experience in areas of corporate accounts and finance, banking, taxation, corporate laws, legal and compliance.

Sanket Shetty

Director
Experience - 12+ years
Qualifications - A.C.A.; M.Com.

Sanket currently is a Director in Evolve and works closely with the tax team. He has over 10 years of professional experience including 9 years in the service industry. Prior to joining Evolve, he has worked with corporates at a senior level, heading the finance and accounting, tax and internal audit function.

His functional expertise includes process restructuring, accounting advisory, taxation, financial review and audits.

Bindu Sanganee

Business Consultant
Experience - 15+ years
Qualifications - A.C.A.; B.Com.

Bindu is a qualified Chartered Accountant offering over 15 years of experience that includes 10 years in London, U.K. with stints at Big4 like Ernst & Young. She has work experiences in the Service Industries, Media Houses, Manufacturing industries, Software companies, & Social Enterprises

Bindu is expert at fixing broken accounting & financial systems, laying out financial processes, Internal Controls and GAAP Accounting. She has helped companies set Cash flow disciplines, drive change to improve top line and bottom line performance. She is an intellect with an analytical and a creative ability to learn things quickly, identify issues, make judgments and propose a solution. Bindu specialises in financial modelling, KPI Dashboard, financial planning and analysis, Cash Flow management, Budgeting, internal controls, business process improvement strategies & profit margin enhancement techniques.

In her previous role, Bindu acted as an advisor to the Board and enabled them to take informed decisions based on her shrewd financial analysis, due diligence, insightful research and recommendations on investment opportunities. She has been advising senior management on working capital improvement and pricing strategies.

Bindu, in her current role advises her clients on strategies for bringing in financial discipline in their organisation, addresses client’s pain points by proactively suggesting remedial measures on critical areas of the business. She also assists her clients by finding them the right talent in senior to top finance positions (such as Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Finance Director, VP Finance, Financial Controller, Chief Financial Officer and the like).
