An on-ground meeting of All India Charity Owners - a first of its kind since the onset of the pandemic, was held in Goa from 21st to 23rd March. The event kicked off with the Premier League edition of its meet, where Mr. Sai Prakash Kuckian – VP & Partner, launched several exciting new initiatives. Mr. Tony Fernandez, Country Head highlighted the Big Vision for the upcoming year that focused on the changing dynamics of sales modules and revenue generation. Stressing on the importance of leadership, he went on to explain how correct attitude helps inspire and shape the team. Citing examples of eminent leaders like the Ambanis and Adanis, Mr. Tony Fernandez emphasised the importance of a result-oriented approach to the business process and how a continued process of self-belief and investment in oneself could inspire others. A series of insightful sessions were lined up for the day, some of which covered - planning each workday meticulously by Mr. Althaf A, ways of expansion to newer avenues by Organisational Head – Mr. Sukesh Khanna, building strong ownership by Organisational head – Mr. Tamil V. and the importance of data by Organisational head – Mr. Shreyas P. Organisational Head - Mr. Amit Baid explored a fascinating note on getting organisational head promotion and travelling and working with organisational owners. Reimagining business policies, Mr. Sai Prakash Kuckian shared his vision for 2022 wherein he explored rebuilding strategies and the adoption of new solutions. He shared his thoughts on how persistence and continuity in working towards one’s goals could accelerate results and provide better living conditions for one’s family members. Post a wonderful lunch session, the second half of the day progressed with the Senior Promoting Owners' Meet that saw some interesting ideas from Mr. Sai Prakash Kuckian on the Do’s and Don'ts for the upcoming year. This was followed by an interesting discussion on branching out to and building a fresh team by Mr. Sukesh K, ways to build a big organisation by Mr. Shreyas P, doing what it takes by Mr. Tamil V and promotion of partners by Mr. Surendran R.
Day 2 began on a happy note with Mr. Sai Prakash announcing splendid growth patterns, exciting launches in new cities, and commendable promotions to ownership/asst. ownership positions. There were also one-on-one sessions between owners and team members regarding performance, issues faced daily, discussions on targets, and more. Over the course of the day, other riveting sessions centered on the importance of Adoption, Innovation, and Acceptance in launching new business avenues. Throwing light on the topic of Developing Core Leaders, Mr. Sukesh Khanna took through the adoption of a growth mindset to empower leaders for peak performance, followed by Mr. Surendran R who encouraged ways to upsize and promote the 1st Gen. sales team and Developing a Big Office. The process and importance of Hiring and Retaining competent people were brushed by Mr. Nadeem K. and Mr. Hamza KMS. Mr. Dhandu D. gave an in-depth idea of Monitoring Team’s sales performance and how it equips you with the right information to effectively conduct revenue forecasting. As a business owner, you need to be able to re-evaluate strategies or change priorities to avoid missing targets. Mr. Rohit R. went on to explain how being on the field as an owner revitalises your company, keeps you up to date, and assists you in managing your expectations for the future team. Post a wonderful lunch session, the meeting continued with interesting insights from Mr. Jeevan D who advised on how to build guys in a new city while ensuring consistent growth of the business. The day concluded with 14 magical mantras to Replacing a Leader by Ms. Sandhya P. and a discussion on New City Launch by Ms. Pooja D. followed by a gala dinner and celebration. The Goa meet was rendered an overall success and the biggest takeaway for everyone was gaining new levels of motivation to hit it off!
July commenced with the much awaited - Dubai Strategy Meet, the first overseas one since the onset of the pandemic. The meeting flagged off with Mr. Tony Fernandez, Founder & President, who held an insightful session on ‘Building a business after a Crisis.’ He touched on how habits and behaviours, rather than titles, shape your destiny. Tony went on to emphasise how, as a leader, one must learn to gravitate and inspire others to stay in the business, focusing on the importance of crisis management and leading from the front. He went on to explain the significance of continued networking by travelling to different offices and training guys on the field. Throwing light on the topic of ‘Understanding the KPI’s of direct sales business as an entrepreneur’, Mr. Howie Seymour, Organisational Consultant, took through the importance of proper financial planning for the business. He highlighted how the adoption of a growth mindset and well-motivated guys help achieve greater profits. The day progressed with some interesting ideas from Ms. Niki Moutsara, Vice President, Italy, on ‘Building your business through networking’. Brushing upon the same, she spoke about setting the pace and being No. 1 in all aspects (sales, recruitment, promotions, expansion). Continuous networking (through direct travel, zoom calls, conference calls, and mobile calls) and building relationships with top performers across the globe allow one to overcome temporary challenges and emerge successfully. She also stressed the importance of arranging meetings for the organisation and taking maximum training support to grow. The day concluded with discussions over a gala dinner.
Day 2 began on a happy note with Mr. Akula Gopi, Organisation Head - Fortune Global, holding a riveting session on ‘How to Run a Powerhouse Office with 50+ Guys’. He took through the importance of investing in dedicated Admin and HR team members, paid portals, business promotions & the need for a social media presence. He gave an in-depth idea of creating more territory/micro leaders and facilitating trainers with a min of 4-8 observations monthly. He also stressed on importance of inclusive training, investing profits for the business future and regular RNRs. Throwing light on the topic of ‘Promoting people effectively to Ownership’, Mr. Kishore Tarachandani, Organisation Head & Partner, took through the fabric of the business – stepping out of comfort zone and promoting more people. He also enlightened on the importance of recruitment, delegation, on-field exposure, and spending more time with the new guys. As a business owner, you need to be able to re-evaluate strategies and ensure consistent growth of the business. The day concluded with an interesting group discussion with Vice Presidents - Ms. Romina D’Amario and Mr. Federico Tartari, that saw an exchange of ideas on the expansion of the business in multiple cities; the creation of effective macro and micro teams; the retention of new BAs in the business; and new things to be implemented in the training schedule, followed by lunch. Overall, the meet was a huge success and everyone had a great time catching up in Dubai.
Day 1: The much awaited, All India Charity Owners' meeting was held between the 10th and 14th of September at the world’s leading international business centres & regional hubs, Dubai! The much-anticipated meeting kicked off with T a keynote from Mr. Saiprakash Kuckian, Vice President & Partner. This was followed by Mr. Tony Fernandez, Founder & President, who shared his thoughts on 'sustaining success in the industry.’ He went on to explain how this success depends upon understanding processes and their implementation, looking past obstacles, embracing the process of replacing oneself intellectually and financially, and understanding how people are generally inspired by your work ethics and not results. The meeting that brought together high-performing owners provided a forum for exchange on various aspects of the business. The discussion by the Core Leaders continued with Mr. Troy Allan Mobbs, Founder & Chairman, Indonesia, speaking about "Having a Big Vision.'' This session shed light on the significance of being humble, building a clear vision, and developing AI (Action Intelligence). He highlighted how knowledge and skills contributed to producing big results. This was followed by ‘Launch is the New Momentum’ by Mr. Saiprakash Kuckian and an insightful discussion on the "Organisational Future Strategy" by both Mr. Tony Fernandez & Mr. Saiprakash Kuckian.
The session stressed how the future of the business should focus upon intellectual factors like- quality, sales, recruitment, back office, and promotions; services like-calls, data, mentoring vs. monitoring; and financial factors like - individuals & organisational profits, R&R, DNA & Branding, and the development of leaders who grow into owners expanding into other cities & countries. The day progressed with meetings for both new and tenured owners. Mr. Sukesh Khanna, Organisational Head, Stellar Organisation, took the new owners through the steps of ‘How to Develop Core Leaders.’ This included: FIRST GENS (more first-gen, more promotions), HIGH-ROLLERS (extraordinary performers), FIELD (helps the owner to be grounded & build on ground strategies), NETWORKING (learning from successful people and implementing it in our business), TRAVEL (exploring new things),TRAINING (how you are going to replace yourself),RELATIONSHIPS, ENVIRONMENT (healthy and comfortable with no politics),EXPOSURE, GOALS & PLANS, Roadmap (Massive Action Plan of what to achieve and how to achieve) and INCLUSIVE (involving your people to run the show & giving them a chance to go ahead). Holding a riveting session on ‘How to run a Structured office, Mr. Amit Baid, Organisational Head, Velocity Organisation, briefed on the importance of detailed interviews and induction, in-house training and retraining on mentality mechanics, onboarding feedback from HR and more.
Day 2 - Desert Safari: The second day began on a happy note with an organisational team meeting in the morning, followed by the most exhilarating part of the adventure – Evening Desert Safari. Starting off with a pick-up from the hotel, everyone headed for a comfortable joy-ride in exquisite 4x4 Land Cruisers. This assured an action-packed evening exposed to the natural habitat and traditional campsite of the Arabian Desert, far away from the crowds and chaos of the city. After the ultimate thrilling experience of dune bashing and ATV quad biking, followed by activities such as guided camel rides, sandboarding, photography with falcons, and sunset scene photography at the camp site, everyone made their way to the quality camp sitting arrangement. Following a grand welcome at the camp with Arabic style coffee, cold-drinks and dates, the day hosted a number of exciting activities like local Arabic dress photography and henna painting, and the menu included a scrumptious array of barbeque dishes, shisha and salads, along with mind-blowing music, a fire show, Tanura Dance Light Entertainment and Belly Dance. The day concluded with an experience that uniquely reflected Emirati culture, such as authentic food, vibrant camps, and a luxurious environment for everyone to explore.
Day 3 – Special VIP lunch at Burj-Al-Arab & Luxury Dhow Cruise: Hitting off the third day, the morning organisational team meeting was followed by a free day to explore the rich beauty and heritage of Dubai. Our high-performing owners, who’ve been exceptionally brilliant and consistent in their efforts over the past few years, were invited over for a special VIP lunch by Mr. Tony Fernandez & Mr. Saiprakash Kuckian at the world’s most luxurious 7-star hotel, Burj Al-Arab. With spellbound, serene views of the azure waters from a cloud-piercing height to scrumptious meals prepared by the best chefs in the world, the luncheon at Dubai Al Arab was nothing short of a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Sitting atop one of the most iconic architectural masterpieces of the world, every plate at the one Michelin-starred restaurant, Al Muntaha, served the best of French and Italian cuisine, with a perfect blend of aromas, textures, and flavours delivered by the freshest authentic ingredients. The day proceeded with a major tourist attraction in Dubai-a luxurious Dinner Cruise over the calm waters of Dubai Marina. The perfect combination of magical sightseeing, delectable dining, and striking entertainment along the illuminating skyscrapers of the city, called for an experience like never before! The Dhow cruise, with stunning Dubai views, mouth-watering delicacies, a live entertainment show and a romantic aroma in the backdrop, perfectly captured Dubai's penchant for luxury and fine living. The highlight of the evening was region wise dance performances by the team and Mr. Saiprakash Kuckian breaking out into a gig!
Day 4: The beautiful Dubai trip concluded with Day 4 being a free day, giving the opportunity to explore the luxury capital of the Middle East like never before! Overall, the meet was a huge success, and everyone had a great time catching up in Dubai
The Product Division held an RnR meet in Goa on March 11th and 12th. The meeting led by Mr. Kishore Tarachandani – Organisation Head & Business Owner, Pioneer Organisation, and various business owners focused on the changing dynamics of training modules, business sustainability, and sales revenue post-pandemic. Day 1 kicked off with an opening note from Mr. Kishore Tarachandani, followed by Mr. Akula Gopi, Business Owner & Organisation Head - Fortune Global. The session - “How to Recruit & Retain Quality Guys,” centered around the increasing fierce competition to attract and retain quality guys in today’s uncertain times. This was followed by a session with Mr. Abhishek Verma, Business Owner - Cosmos Organisation, who spoke about the ‘Importance of Training and Development’ for organisations to cope with the inevitable changes that are happening today and to develop future strategies. Mr. Umakanth Bemulgi, Business Owner - Lorven Organisation, held the session ‘Key to Maintaining High Sales Averages’ on both individual and team-wide levels. The session on ‘High Profitability’ by Mr. Sandeep Jain, Business Head - Frontier Management Systems, shed light on developing strategies to understand key profit drivers and increase sales revenue. The last session of the day, ‘Developing a New Revenue Stream', by Mr. Ahammed Althaf, Business Owner - Alza Inc. focused on keeping the business afloat during difficult times. Day 2 commenced with a panel discussion, followed by a felicitation ceremony for the high-achieving performers and a brief presentation by Monster.com explaining the key features and the advantages the portal offers to job recruiters. The day concluded with a discussion of product heads with respective division owners for future planning, followed by a gala dinner.
